is a integrated Actel FPGA design tool. Libero
offers best in class tools from such EDA powerhouses
as Mentor Graphics, SynaptiCAD, Synplicity,
and custom developed tools from Actel integrated
into a single design package. Actel offers
not only one stop shopping for your EDA tools
needs, but also a design manager that helps
you keep track of your design files and manages
all the interoperability issurs that come
with using tools from different vendors.

Libero-Sliver :
This license of windows base PCs is node-licked
free 1 year license that can be renewed
yrarly. The gate support 10K or less, and
the smallest member of any device family.
2. Libero-Gold :
This license of windows-base PCs is a node-locked
1 year license that is available for purchase.
The gate support 50K or less.
3. Libero-Platinum :
This license for windows-base PCs is a node-licked
1 year license that is available for purchase.
It requires 2 hardware keys. One from Actel
and one from Synpliciey, that are included
in the kit. the gate support all device.
